We find innovative ways to design with what we have for creative reuse. Inspired by the repurposing of recycled materials, the visual depicts a deconstructed look that showcases individual product components. Each plank features a base color with floating accent yarns that are randomly distributed throughout the fiber, creating a textural aesthetic reminiscent of terrazzo.
A story of materiality
Waste Knot is a hybrid flooring designed on the ReWorx® platform, which is a unique offering combining benefits of both hard and soft surfaces in a 100% PET product that can be recycled in its entirety. The collection is available in 12” x 48” planks, featuring an abstract pattern that creates texture and movement within an artistic formation.

Incorporating attributes of both hard and soft surfaces, Waste Knot performs like a hard surface to safeguard against stains and spills, while providing an easy to clean product that helps to enhance roller mobility. The felted texture promotes the warmth of a soft surface and comfort underfoot, offering improved acoustical benefits to absorb sound.
